A thrity year journey through a culinary world. My first time working with chocolate was at Cerritos College.I knew right away I was going to own a chocolate shop. 

 As a kid my dad would travel and upon his return he brought back chocolate or candy. He always brought me something special and this helped to fulfill my heart of chocolate.
