A passionate patissier that loves playing with chocolate & candy. My name is Chef Julian founder of Ninevah Bakery.
I have been baking since I was a child, It was my mother that brought this skill to me at an early age.
I made my first French Apple Pie at 5yr.
I was making French Meringues by 7yr.
Later in life I attended The Culinary Institute of America, The Le Cordon Bleu & Cerritos Culinary College.
